Julio Edson Zambrano was born in Ecuador, and moved to the United States as he turned 18. He started as a Recording Engineer for well-known latin singers, where he was part of the Grammy-winning team for the Best Latin Album Recording for Maria Marta Serra Lima, and also recorded vocals for the classic tune "Hacer el amor con otro", from Alejandra Guzman. Then he went on to television, having worked at Univision and Telemundo Networks, he developed his craft as part of the writing staff for "Un Nuevo Día", Telemundo's morning show. There, he also got hands-on experience producing and writing the sports segment for that show.
